My top gig was at Martini Lounge in Hollywood, where a Promoter asked me to DJ on the second floor. As the crowd grew, I kept them on the second floor with upbeat party music that kept them engaged. But an unknown promoter disrupted my plans by trying to get them downstairs early. Interestingly, I left another DJ in charge and found the main room to be less active than the second floor. I was later told they should've put me on the first floor in the main room.

1. If at any time during the event, the guest starts fighting, the DJ will give a warning. If fights persist, the Los Angeles DJ will leave, and payment for the DJ services is still due in full!
2. If guests destroy or damage any equipment, such as laptops, turntables, speakers, etc., during the DJ services provided by the Los Angeles DJ, the person signing this agreement will be liable for repairing and replacing the equipment. The individual who agrees to the terms of this agreement will be held responsible for the repair or replacement of equipment, ensuring that everything is in order for events like a wedding DJ performance.
3. If the event ends prematurely due to a guest's no-show, police request, fighting, or any case of negligence or disruption, the Los Angeles DJ providing the DJ services will leave the location, and payment is still due in full.
4. The Los Angeles DJ providing DJ services is responsible for arranging his/her own transportation to and from the event unless otherwise requested.
5. In the event of equipment failure or power outages, the Los Angeles DJ will be charged on an hourly basis at the agreed-upon rate outlined in this contract for the DJ services provided. This applies to all situations, including those involving the wedding DJ.
6. We work with you to create the perfect playlist for your event. Whether you want to hear the latest hits or classic favorites, our DJ services ensure we've got you covered. As a premier Los Angeles DJ, let us help you create the ideal atmosphere for your event. Please note that the entire music playlist is not guaranteed if submitted within ten days of your event. To ensure you get the best experience, submit your playlist two or more weeks before the event date at info@djmunchent.com, especially if you're planning a wedding DJ service.
7. You must notify the DJ providing services in Los Angeles at least 7 days before the scheduled event date to make any changes or cancellations. Please note that the retainer fee is non-refundable if this agreement is canceled within seven days of the event's set date, with no exceptions, particularly for wedding DJ services.
