A retainer payment is highly recommended to secure the requested date. This ensures that any higher offer that comes across my desk will be declined or fulfilled by another DJ who is available on the same date as yours.

My top gig was at Martini Lounge in Hollywood, where a Promoter asked me to DJ on the second floor. As the crowd grew, I kept them on the second floor with upbeat party music that kept them engaged. But an unknown promoter disrupted my plans by trying to get them downstairs early. Interestingly, I left another DJ in charge and found the main room to be less active than the second floor. I was later told they should've put me on the first floor in the main room.

1. If at any time during the event, the guest starts fighting, the DJ will give a warning.
If fights persist, the DJ Will leave, and Payment is still due in full!
2. If guests destroy or damage any equipment, laptop, turntables, speakers, etc..
The person signing this agreement is liable for repairing and replacing
equipment.
The person signing or agreeing (yes) to the terms of this agreement will be held liable for the repair or replacement of equipment.
3. If the event ends prematurely due to a guest's no-show, police request, fighting, or any case of negligence or disruption, THE DJ will leave the location
And payment is still due in full.
4. The DJ is responsible for providing his/her own transportation to and from the event
unless otherwise requested.
5. In case of equipment failure or power In the event of outages, the DJ will be charged on an hourly basis at the agreed-upon rate outlined in this contract.
6. We work with you to create the perfect playlist for your event. Whether you want to hear the latest hits or classic favorites, we've got you covered. Let us help you create the perfect atmosphere for your event. The entire music playlist is not guaranteed if submitted within ten days of your event. Submit your playlist two or more weeks before the event date at info@djmunchent.com
7. You must notify the DJ 7 days before the set event date to make changes or cancellations.
The retainer fee is non-refundable if this agreement is canceled within seven days of the event's set date, with no exceptions.
